We Can — And Must — Win a Democratic Majority in the House

Let’s make Congress a co-equal branch of government again.
Force Multiplier Presents House candidates Christina Bohannan (IA 01), Rep. Vicente Gonzalez (TX 34), and former Rep. Elaine Luria (VA 02)
Especially this year, the sooner candidates are supported the more likely they will be able to win. All three candidates are in very tight races and must win in November. Christina Bohannan (IA 01) is a law professor and former engineer who served as an Iowa State Representative from 2021 to 2023. She ran for Congress in 2022 and ran again in 2024. With Donald Trump at the top of the ticket, Bohannan lost by just 799 votes in one of the closest races in the country. Rep. Vicente Gonzalez (TX 34) was first elected in 2016 to represent the 15th Congressional District of Texas, which he represented until 2022. Due to ultra partisan gerrymandering in Texas after the 2020 Census, he was drawn into the 34th Congressional District, which he has represented since 2023. In 2024, Rep. Gonzalez won by 2.6% - just 5,000 votes — despite being outspent by his opponent. Gonzalez was an attorney in private practice prior to his election to Congress. Elaine Luria (VA 02) was a member of Congress from 2018 to 2023. She was Vice Chair of the House Armed Services Committee and one of the original members of the Jan. 6 Select Committee. She co-led the eighth public hearing in July 2022, after which she lost her House seat by 3.4%. Prior to her time in Congress, Luria served in the U.S. Navy for 20 years. where she rose to the rank of Commander.

Hear from Ret. Ambr. Norm Eisen and CEO of Fair Fight, Lauren Groh-Wargo
A case now before the Supreme Court could eviscerate the Voting Rights Act, undermine Black and Hispanic political power for generations, and affect at least 19 House seats in the Midterms. Fair Fight Action has taken the lead in sounding the alarm, spreading the word and organizing to oppose it.
Rural and small town voters comprise over 40% of the population in PA, MI, NC, OH, IA, NH and WI. The Rural House Accountability Project highlights the impact of federal policies and budget cuts on rural and small town voters in House districts currently represented by Republicans. It also promotes popular policy alternatives using hyper-local media to amplify the voices of real people in these communities whose lives and families have been hurt by Republican policies and actions. Hear from Sarah Jaynes, Executive Director of Rural Democracy Initiative, and two other leaders working together on this Project.
