Janelle Stelson
Pennsylvania 10
Challenger
Scott Perry has spent more than a decade in DC taking votes that hurt us instead of delivering results- and he just sold the US out again by casting the deciding vote for the largest Medicaid cuts in history, all to fund more tax cuts for billionaires. I’m running to give central Pennsylvanians the voice they deserve, and to fight to lower costs, protect social security and Medicare, ensure a women’s right to choose, and to secure the border. POLITICS IN PENNSYLVANIA
Pennsylvania is a pivotal battleground state influencing control of the White House and Congress. Democrat Josh Shapiro is governor. Democrats hold the State House, while Republicans control the State Senate. In the U.S. House, Republicans hold a 10–7 edge. In the Senate, Democrat John Fetterman and Republican David McCormick each hold a seat.

PA-10 has been represented for seven terms by MAGA-aligned Freedom Caucus leader Scott Perry. In 2024, Perry defeated Stelson by 5,133 votes. As of August 5, both the Cook Political Report and Sabato’s Crystal Ball rate the 2026 race as a toss-up.
