Jamie Ager North Carolina 11 Challenger DONATE to the FM House Slate DONATE to Jamie's Campaign • Return to the House Slate “I’ve been humbled by the incredible support we have received from every county here in the mountains since announcing earlier this year. Chuck Edwards has failed to lead Western North Carolina during the most challenging period in our recent history. From failing to deliver during Helene recovery, to selling out farmers, to cutting crucial benefits folks here rely on - it’s clear that Chuck Edwards isn’t cut out to represent us in Congress.“ (Press release, 12/1/25) “I know firsthand the stress many small business owners and families face - navigating health insurance, making payroll, managing cash flow, and contending with rising costs. I understand why people feel abandoned by both parties, and I’m running to make sure no one feels unseen.“ ( Campaign web site ) To hear directly from candidate Ager, watch this short video: How You Run a Farm | Jamie Ager for Congress BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE Jamie Ager is a fourth-generation farmer and entrepreneur. He was born and grew up living and working on his family’s farm in Western North Carolina. Community service and politics have long been part of Ager’s life. His grandfather served in Congress and both his father and brother were in the state legislature. Ager is a graduate of Warren Wilson College with a BS in Environmental Studies with concentrations in sustainable agriculture and history. He participated in an Agriculture Leadership Development Program at North Carolina State University. Ager and his wife Amy run Hickory Nut Gap, a sustainable meat company supporting 25 employees and working with dozens of farmers in Western North Carolina. They have three sons. ON THE ISSUES Ager is concerned that bureaucracies are too slow and cumbersome in responding to the needs of the residents of Western North Carolina. For example, he is critical of the Department of Homeland Security’s poor handling of hurricane relief and with its immigration policies and operations. As detailed on his campaign website, his priorities in Congress will be: cutting bureaucratic red tape in disaster relief programs making quality healthcare accessible and affordable to rural Americans reducing costs and increasing wages stopping insider stock trading by members of Congress POLITICS IN NORTH CAROLINA North Carolina has voted for the Republican candidate in all but one presidential election since 1980. The exception was Obama in 2008. Both US senators are Republicans and only four of the state’s 14 House delegates are Democrats. Ager’s opponent is incumbent Republican Representative Chuck Edwards. He was first elected to Congress in ‘22 and re-elected in ‘24 with 57% of the vote in a district Trump carried with 54%. A strong Trump supporter, Edwards has sponsored legislation to keep immigrants from being counted in the census. He stopped conducting in-person town hall meetings in 2025 following verbal attacks at prior meetings. The race is currently rated Lean R by Sabato's Crystal Ball, Likely R by the Cook Political Report. and Likely Republican by Inside Elections. Both Cook and Inside Elections previously rated it Solid R. Such changes likely reflect Ager’s strong candidacy and recent public opinion shifts away from Trump impacting the competitiveness of the race in Ager’s favor.

Rural Democracy The path to a House Majority runs through rural and small town America. Rural and small town voters comprise over 40% of the population in PA, MI, NC, OH, IA, NH and WI The Rural House Accountability Project This project is designed to help Flip the House in the 2026 midterms by highlighting the impact of recent federal policies and budget cuts on rural and small town voters in six House districts currently represented by Republicans, and promoting popular policy alternatives. The project will use hyper-local media to amplify the voices of real people in these communities whose lives and families have been hurt by Republican policies and actions. The specific districts are IA 01, IA 03, PA 07, PA 08, PA10, and WI 03. The Rural House Accountability Project is being funded through the Rural Democracy Initiative, with whom Force Multiplier has had a four year partnership. DONATE 100% of your donation will go to the Rural Democracy Initiative's c4 Rural Victory Fund. Help these trusted local messengers generate hyper-localized messaging about the consequences of Federal cuts and policies. For example a nurse in WI 03 could explain the danger of losing a specific local ER or a teacher in IA 03 could discuss the educational harm caused by cutting broadband funding. Distribute their content across a selection of RVM’s 500 Facebook and Instagram pages such as Standing Up for the Working Class, and Our Part of Iowa, as well as across RDI partner organization social feeds, and peer-to-peer distribution channels, like church listservs and neighborhood groups. Integrate relational organizing through RDI’s grassroots groups so that organizers knocking on doors reinforce the messaging of these trusted messengers. The Rural Democracy Initiative is convening the Rural House Accountability Project. Real Voices Media builds local social media pages, provides technical and digital media expertise, and will take the lead in content creation, training and distribution. RDI’s local partners such as Main Street Alliance, Iowa Farmers Union and PA Stands Up will identify local voices and integrate these messages into their on-the-ground accountability, voter education, and mobilization work. 100% of your donation will go to the Rural Democracy Initiative's c4 Rural Victory Fund. • About Don Davis | Force Multiplier

Don Davis North Carolina 01 Incumbent DONATE to the FM House Slate DONATE to Don's Campaign • Return to the House Slate “My vision for NC 01 is: we must meet our constituents where they are, ensuring they are seen and heard in Washington, D.C., to make life better for all families and provide hope and assurance they are not forgotten… We will keep advocating for our families, our farmers, our veterans, our students, and the future we believe in.” (Press Release, 4/24/25) To hear directly from Congressman Davis, watch this short video: Congressman Don Davis on new congressional maps in NC BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE Congressman Don Davis was raised in Snow Hill, NC. At 29 he became the youngest mayor of Snow Hill and served seven years. He was elected to the State Senate in 2008 and served six terms. Davis holds a bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from the US Air Force Academy and was an Air Force Officer for eight years. He has a master's degree in Administration from Central Michigan University, a master's degree in Sociology, and a doctorate in Education from East Carolina University. Davis has spent his life answering the call to serve as a veteran, educator, minister, and public servant. In 2022, he was elected to represent North Carolina’s first Congressional district comprised of 19 eastern NC counties. He was re-elected in 2024. Davis is now the Vice Ranking member of the powerful House Committee on Agriculture and the Vice Ranking member of the Armed Services Subcommittee on Readiness. He lives in Greene County, NC with his wife Yuvonka and their three sons. ON THE ISSUES Representative Davis has a steadfast commitment to government that works for the people. His specific priorities, as detailed on his campaign website, include: Rebuilding our rural economy Providing accessible healthcare Support for veterans and military families Strengthening education Building rural infrastructure Protecting women’s rights and health Protecting the environment Ensuring equity and Justice POLITICS IN NORTH CAROLINA + DISTRICT 01 North Carolina has voted for the Republican candidate in all but one presidential election since 1980. An exception was in 2008 when a plurality of North Carolinians voted for Barack Obama. Trump carried the state by 3.2% in 2016. North Carolina's US Senators are both Republican. Four of the state’s 14 members of the House are Democrats. In addition to NC 01, the other major race in the state in 2026 will be for the US Senate seat held by Republican Thom Tillis. Tillis will not seek re-election due, in part, to his opposition to several Trump Administration policies and, as a result, the strong likelihood of a primary challenge. Democratic Congressman Wiley Nickel has declared for the seat. North Carolina redrew its congressional districts in 2025. Voters will elect representatives under the new map in 2026. Republican-led gerrymandering caused NC 01 to change shape, in part, to oust incumbent Davis. Following redistricting, Davis decided to run for re-election in the “new” district. Since many voters will be new to him and despite the fact the district now leans Republican, he faces a challenging but not insurmountable bid to hold this seat. With the completion of the 3/3/26 Primary, Republican Laurie Buckhout and Conservative Tom Bailey will face Don in November 2026. With redistricting complete, both Cook and Sabato currently rate this race as Lean R indicating that Republicans have a small edge, but the race is competitive.

  • About Rebecca Cooke | Force Multiplier

Rebecca Cooke Wisconsin 03 Challenger DONATE to the FM House Slate DONATE to Rebecca's Campaign • Return to the House Slate “Today, I’m announcing my campaign for the US Congress. Last November, we won the trust of voters from across the party spectrum, and we nearly sent a farm kid from Western Wisconsin to congress. The truth is we need more working-class voices like ours in Washington who have lived with failed policy and will fight like hell to build back the middle class. Resilience is about not giving up against the odds. It reminds me of something my brother learned in the Navy - ‘you don't stop when you’re tired, you stop when it's done.’ So, let’s get to work.” (Twitter, 3/11/25) To hear directly from candidate Cooke, watch this short video: Rebecca Cooke on Ali Velshi BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE Rebecca Cooke is a small-business owner and nonprofit leader. A 7th generation Wisconsin resident and graduate of University of St. Thomas, she grew up in Eau Claire and worked on her family’s dairy farm. During college, Cooke worked for a non-profit that supported low-income families and was involved with a social justice program. This experience provided a foundation for her commitment to service. Rebecca Cooke is founder of The Red Letter Grant, a nonprofit that “supports women entrepreneurs throughout ten counties in western Wisconsin.” (Ballotpedia). It provides support for female entrepreneurs with start-up capital, technical assistance, and networking opportunities. Previously she was appointed by Governor Tony Evers to the Board of the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation. Cooke also operates an Airbnb business and waits on tables part-time at a local restaurant. Cooke ran unsuccessfully in the District 03 Democratic primary in 2022 and for the WI 03 congressional seat in ‘24. She lost that race to incumbent Derrick Van Orden, her opponent in ‘26, by 2.8%. ON THE ISSUES Rebecca Cooke’s priorities are detailed on her campaign website. They include: Healing our healthcare system Creating an economy built for working families Fighting for Wisconsin’s original entrepreneur, the farmer Strengthening the working class and empowering unions Ensuring seniors age with dignity Protecting reproductive health freedoms Strengthening our education system Improving water quality and investing in clean energy Keeping Main Streets strong In detailing these issues, Cooke notes: “I won’t solve all our problems overnight, but I’ll sure as hell try. We might not see eye to eye on everything, but I’m going to fight for the region’s future.” (Campaign Website) POLITICS IN WISCONSIN Wisconsin has emerged as a critical battleground state. In 2020, Biden narrowly carried it by 0.7% and Trump carried it in ‘16 by 0.8% and by .09 % in 2024. Though Democrats made gains in ‘24 in the state’s legislature, both the Assembly and Senate are majority Republican. Wisconsin’s governor, secretary of state and attorney general are Democrats, and the Supreme Court has a liberal majority. In Congress, Wisconsin has one Democratic and one Republican senator. Senator Tammy Baldwin (D) was re-elected in 2024 for another six-year term. Only two of the state’s eight House delegation are Democrats. Wisconsin has been at the center of a strong and controversial gerrymander favoring Republicans following the 2020 census. Democratic strength is largely concentrated in the urban areas of Milwaukee and Dane counties and Republicans generally have strength in rural areas including District 03. District 03 includes the Driftless Area in southwestern Wisconsin including Eau Claire and La Crosse. It borders Minnesota, Iowa, and Illinois. The incumbent is first term Republican Derrick Van Orden who flipped the seat in ‘22 with 51.9% and won a second term in ‘24 defeating Rebecca Cooke by 2.8%. Though there is another declared Democratic candidate in the WI 03 race, Cooke is dominating in fundraising and is the choice of the Democratic party as the presumptive nominee. If needed, the Wisconsin primary is scheduled for August 11. The WI 03 race is rated Toss Up by both the Cook and Sabato; neither party has an advantage at this point. WI 03 represents an excellent “flip” opportunity for Democrats.

This will be the biggest and most effective turnout effort in the history of Georgia politics. - J. Ossoff Campaign Announcement, reported by THE HILL, 1/14/25 To hear directly from Senator Ossoff, watch this short video: Senator Jon Ossoff votes against President Trump's 'One Big, Beautiful Bill' BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE Elected in 2021 after defeating Republican Sonny Perdue in a special election, Jon Ossoff is the youngest U.S. Senator since 1980, the first millennial in the Senate, and the first Jewish senator from the Deep South since 1974. Media-savvy and adept at reaching Gen Z voters, he brings a new generational voice to national politics. Ossoff’s early career included roles as deputy communications manager, campaign manager, and senior legislative aide to Rep. Hank Johnson, to whom he was recommended by mentor Rep. John Lewis. In 2017, he drew national attention with a near-upset in Georgia’s 6th Congressional District, long a Republican stronghold not considered competitive at the time. After forcing a high-profile run-off election, Ossoff lost his bid by 9,282 votes. In 2020, Ossoff forced a runoff against Perdue, winning alongside Raphael Warnock in January 2021—victories that secured Democrats’ Senate majority just a day before the January 6th insurrection. He holds a BA from Georgetown and a Master’s from the London School of Economics. As CEO of London-based Insight TWI, he produced investigative documentaries exposing corruption, ISIS war crimes, human trafficking, and organized crime. He is married to Dr. Alisha Kramer, an OB/GYN resident at Emory University Hospital, and they have a daughter. ON THE ISSUES Ossoff is progressive on women’s rights and health care, centrist on the economy and national security, and known for bipartisan work on military family protections, the opioid crisis, cold-case civil rights murders, anti-corruption measures, and prison reform. In his first two years, he passed more standalone bills than any other freshman senator. Highlights of his positions: Ban congressional stock trading Strong supporter of abortion rights and Planned Parenthood Opposes defunding police and abolishing ICE Raise federal minimum wage to $15/hour; protect Social Security End Trump-era tax cuts Backed the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act Accepts climate science; opposes environmental rollbacks Supports comprehensive immigration reform with a path to citizenship Champions the John Lewis Voting Rights Act In the 117th Congress, he voted with the Biden agenda 97% of the time and has been a vocal Trump critic. POLITICS IN GEORGIA Georgia remains a political epicenter. Biden won the state by 0.24% in 2020; Trump carried it by 2.2% in 2024. Ossoff’s 2026 race is one of two Democratic-held Senate seats in states Trump won, alongside Michigan. Republican challengers will participate in the primary election of 5/19/26 with run-off elections scheduled for 6/16/26 if no primary candidate gets a majority. While several Republicans have declared their candidacy to date, leading candidates are U.S. Representatives Earl Carter and Mike Collins and former University of Tennessee football coach Derek Dooley. Dooley, son of legendary University of Georgia football coach Vince Dooley, has been endorsed by popular Georgia Governor Brian Kemp. Trump has yet to endorse a candidate in this race. Ossoff’s 2021 win cost $150 million; the 2026 contest will likely be even more expensive. As of 5/1/2026, both the Cook Political Report and Sabato’s Crystal Ball rate this race as Lean Democrat.
