Four Democrats are now competing to unseat incumbent Republican Ryan Mackenzie: Bob Brooks, Ryan Crosswell, Lamont McClure, and Carol Obando-Derstine.  MacKenzie defeated incumbent Susan Wild by 1% in 2024 – roughly 4000 votes. Considered a true swing district, PA 07 is evenly divided between Democratic and Republican registrations and also has a substantial number of Independent voters. Both the Cook Political Report and Sabato’s Crystal Ball currently rate this race as Toss-up.
